WSJ News Exclusive | Springcoast Gathers More Than $500 Million So Far for Small Technology Deals

Technology-focused Springcoast Capital Partners has amassed more than $500 million so far for its debut commingled fund and a related investment vehicle, according to people familiar with the offering.

The New York firm had initially sought to raise $300 million to $500 million for its first commingled fund, WSJ Pro Private Equity previously reported. A regulatory filing for Springcoast Partners I LP from late September shows a $350 million offering amount for the fund.
