Winter Storm May Bring a Foot of Snow to Parts of Northeast

A wintry mix of snow and rain could bring as much as a foot of snow to parts of the Northeast this weekend thanks to a hefty storm system moving up the coast. 

The heaviest snow is expected in the Poconos region in Pennsylvania, upstate New York and parts of the Hudson Valley, as well as interior Massachusetts and southern New England, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Weather Prediction Center.
