Phillip Sacks has joined White & Case as a partner with the global mergers and acquisitions practice and global private equity industry group in Dubai, the firm said Tuesday.
Sacks advises financial institutions, fund managers, and sovereign wealth funds on the structuring, establishment, and closing of onshore and offshore conventional and Shari’ah-compliant investment funds, according to White & Case.
He served as a partner and head of the Middle East investment funds practice at Dechert LLP, White & Case said.
