Through the Executive Migration to Canada, (EMC) International Conference, Wesley Ogude, a Nigerian-born Canadian business executive and entrepreneur, is set to empower visionary Nigerian professionals.

As the Group CEO of Springwells Group of Companies, a prominent Canadian private equity group, Ogude has successfully helped numerous high-net-worth Canadian professionals to achieve lasting wealth through strategic initiatives and visionary leadership.

The EMC International Conference, organised by Springhills Asset Management Ltd in Nigeria in collaboration with Springwells Consulting and Management Services Limited in Canada, will provide seasoned professionals at the middle to senior management, or executive level in the fields of oil and gas, banking, IT, or telecommunications and other industries with exclusive strategic insights to elevate their careers to greater heights in Canada.

The conference will be held over the course of six days, in three locations, starting from September 12 to 20, 2023, in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

Ogude’s journey from Nigeria to Canada began in 2001 when he immigrated to pursue further career opportunities. He honed his skills by attending the SAP Academy, in Toronto, becoming a Certified SAP Application Consultant, and subsequently supporting and leading the implementation of large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for multinational companies. His professional journey includes leading roles in corporations like General Electric, CGI Consulting, Oxford Properties, and Purolator Inc.
