Spokesperson for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Dr. Gideon Boako, has complimented the Vice President over his digitization policy.
According to him, the Vice President’s vision for Ghana to be digitized is to tackle corruption in Ghana.
Speaking on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ programme, Dr. Gideon Boako noted that the Vice President is not ”doing that out of the blue. It’s a well-thought-through economic programme that we believe, when we do, will ease people of business opportunities, widen the tax net and also kill corruption”.
He stressed, ‘We’re building a new Ghana. A modern Ghana that, in two/three years time, how we see Ghana today will be completely different.”
