Online travel marketplace Wego has acquired Singapore based Travelstop.
Travelstop offers business travel and expense management services for companies globally.
The acquisition propels Wego’s reach into the business travel sector.
Travelstop serves businesses of all sizes with a modern platform to streamline travel management and automate expense processes.
“We are thrilled to announce the acquisition,” said Ross Veitch, Wego CEO.
“Together, Travelstop and Wego will empower businesses to streamline their travel and expense management processes, introducing new levels of cost-efficiency.”
The acquisition also aims to address the challenges of operating in emerging markets, such as fragmented travel options and manual expense reporting.
The combined platform will provide businesses with a one-stop business travel management solution.

In 2023, APAC and the Middle East regions are set to contribute to 46% of total global business travel expenditure.
