Administrator Nicola Clark, a partner in insolvency experts Azets ,was appointed to Port Dinorwic Marina by a ‘qualifying floating chargeholder’, which was thought to be Shawbrook Bank Ltd, which has two outstanding charges secured against the freehold of the marina.
