Running a small business can be incredibly rewarding, but it is no easy feat. The
small-business owner has to be the strategist, the marketer, the accountant and the
customer service representative — all rolled into one.
Juggling these roles without a clear framework can lead to burnout, missed opportunities
and a lack of direction. That is where business systems come in, which will be the
subject of a webinar Friday, Sept. 22.
Tonya Harrison will present a Wyoming Community Navigator Program (CNP) webinar titled
“Business Systems Unlocked” from 11 a.m.-noon. To register, go here. Registration is free.
The Wyoming CNP, through the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network
at the University of Wyoming, provides small-business resources and assistance for
traditionally underserved entrepreneurs throughout Wyoming.
This workshop will provide small-business owners with a comprehensive roadmap for
implementing the seven core foundational systems crucial for their businesses’ success.
These systems will streamline operations, boost efficiency and, ultimately, increase
profits.
Harrison, founder and CEO of Cignal Partners, is transforming operations and helping
small businesses move from being busy and burned out to profitable and productive
by integrating automation and the right systems.
Harrison spent 25-plus years helping organizations successfully turn around low-performing
departments and develop efficiency through systems and automation. She spends her
days hosting techshops, one-on-one strategy sessions and partnering with organizations
to facilitate workshops and webinars to help startups and solopreneurs integrate technology
and optimize their operations.
