Ukrainian and Russian together on Pope’s Via Crucis – English

(ANSA) – ROME, APR 7 – A young Ukrainian and a young Russian
may pray together later on Friday during Pope Francis’s Via
Crucis (Way of the Cross) procession in the area of the
Colosseum in Rome, sources said.
   
The joint prayer should take place at the 10th Station of the
Cross – Jesus is stripped of his garments.
   
The title of the station’s meditation is “voices of peace from
young people from Ukraine and Russian”, the sources said.
