Warrior Ridge is located on a 185-acre parcel owned by the tribe. Eight acres were developed for phase one (pictured).

The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe (PGST) Housing Authority, a legal entity of the tribe, is nearing the end of work on the first phase of its Warrior Ridge housing project which eventually aims to develop upwards of 350 affordable homes exclusively for tribe members.
