No other participating organisation will have access to your results. BTN will collect all survey results to aggregate for broader viewing. No individual organisation will be singled out for reporting, editorial, social media, marketing or any
other purpose without permission. BTN will sample overall results from time to time to serve as an industry benchmark. BTN will not collect individual travellers’ information. To encourage confidence and candid remarks, the survey is completely anonymous
for them.
