KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch on Monday include Serba Dinamik, Top Builders Capital, Hibiscus Petroleum and Ping Petroleum, said Apex Research.
Serba Dinamik was unable to submit its 4Q results by Aug 31 but expects to do so by Sept 8.
Top Builders Capital Bhd is making another appeal to Bursa Malaysia against the decision to delist the company.
Hibiscus Petroleum and Ping Petroleum UK Plc have each entered into a separate but identical farm-in agreement to take over 42.5% equity interest each in Licence P2451 from Rapid Oil Production Ltd.
Meanwhile, the US market was flat on Friday after the latest jobs data showed higher unemployment and higher non-farm payrolls.
Similarly, European markets were mixed amid US’ jobs data and better-than-expected China PMI data.
On the local market, the FBM KLCI surged 11.49 points or 0.79% to 1,463.43 points.
“Following last week’s rebound, the FBM KLCI could retest the resistance of 1,465 points which has been capping the index since July,” said Apex.
