Three businesses transitioning to The Clear Group

BHIB Insurance Brokers, BHIB Councils Insurance, and Churchill Insurance Consultants are transitioning to their new owner, The Clear Group, effective September 1.

First announced in 2020, the deal with Brokerbility Holdings will see the abovementioned businesses shut down their respective websites as part of the integration.

“We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to continue providing you with a fantastic service as part of The Clear Group. So, what can you expect from us? A seamless transition – we want to ensure the changeover is a smooth process; a shared community – more opportunities to connect with other industry professionals; [and] an extended service offering as part of the wider group.”

Meanwhile, according to BHIB Councils Insurance, it will be known as Clear Councils moving forward. “Our exterior is changing, but there will be no impact on the professional service that you receive,” said the Clear Councils team, addressing clients in an update.
