Work Labs completed bottle packaging designs and social media ads for Hemingway Whiskey. The packaging for its Signature Edition and First Edition ryes features Hemingway-inspired designs, typewriter fonts and images, a library card placeholder with QR code, and “typewriter tape” sealing the cork for the First Edition bottles.

The King Agency completed a rebrand for Chesterfield-based Capital City Heating and Cooling, now called Capital City Comfort Solutions. Work included a new logo, visual identity and social media updates. The agency completed a docuseries for Richmond-based National Center For Policing Innovation highlighting community violence prevention efforts in Knoxville, Tennessee.

King Agency hired Paige Mitchell as an account executive. The JMU alum was previously with North Carolina-based 919 Marketing. VCU Brandcenter student Vanessa Galdamez is a social media and copywriting intern with the agency.

Familiar Creatures developed a new brand platform for client Mercy University as part of its transition from Mercy College. Work included out-of-home advertising and a 30-second spot. The agency also developed a brand platform and paid social videos for client Hometap, a Boston-based property investment firm.

Lloyd R Leitstein Marketing & Public Relations was hired by Manx Rallye Team as the Redmond, Washington-based racing team’s sports marketing representative for the 2024 American Rally Association season. The firm is managing marketing and sponsorships for Equestrian Giulia Picotto in Italy for two horse shows in 2024. Millis Looney of Hamilton College and Kathleen Nutt of Auburn University are interning with LRL.

Addison Clark produced a video for First National Bank Small Business Finance highlighting a business development officer’s work with a Florida-based client.

NDP rebranded as Two Tango Collaborative and released new work for client Virginia DMV. Called “You speed, you lose,” the video game-themed campaign includes a 30-second TV spot, billboard ads, and social media and website banner ads. Alice Blue Studio provided video production for the TV spot, which includes sound by Overcoast.
