SCORE Eastern CT presents a free small business webinar, “The One Page Business Plan: An Introduction to the Business Model Canvas,” with innovation coach Nick Himo, on Thursday, Jan. 18, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.

This new webinar offers a comprehensive introduction to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) – a strategic management tool that’s revolutionized business planning. Intended for aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners alike, this session aims to empower all professionals with a visual framework to better conceptualize, iterate, and validate their business models.

Participants will learn to transform abstract business ideas into a clear visual framework and use the BMC as a roadmap for their business decision-making.
