As part of the North West Family Business Awards, the public is asked to choose its People’s Choice Award winner.

The Cumbria finalists are Burns Farm, Cumbria Clock Company Ltd, Dickinson Place Cottages & Caravan Park, George Romney Ltd (Romney’s Kendal Mint Cake), Hardy Soft Play & Bouncefest UK, Hope & Anchor, Jones Caravan Breakers, Lady of the Swans and Stars, Pioneer Foodservice, Realise HR, Shed 1 Gin and The Dalesman Country Inn.  

The North West Family Business Awards, organised by The Family Business Community, champion family firms from Cumbria and across the North West.

Co-founders of the Family Business Community, Dave Clarkson and Sue Howorth, said: “We have been absolutely blown away by the sheer volume of outstanding award entries that came our way, our judges were presented with some of the most inspiring and impressive submissions imaginable, making for a truly challenging selection process.

The People’s Choice winner will be decided by judges’ scores and public voting, which closes on May 14 at midday.

The winner will be announced at a ceremony on May 19 in Manchester.
