Among the people featured on it were Siemens travel manager Emma Eaton for beating the ‘buying social’ drum, Nora Lovell Marchant for her sustainability leadership at Amex GBT, and industry consultant Scott Gillespie for challenging the status quo.
Organisations named on the 2023 Hotlist included corporate housing specialist AltoVita, pan-European buyer group BT4Europe, and travel tech company Snowfall. And key trends named on the list, meanwhile, included carbon budgets, the reopening of China, modal shift and NDC.
