A man was charged with multiple murders after a series of shootings across two Texas cities left six people dead and at least three injured.

Shane James, 34 years old, is believed to have killed two people at a house in San Antonio before driving roughly 100 miles to Austin and killing four more people and injuring three others, Austin Police said Wednesday. James was charged with capital murder of multiple persons.
