TEAM plc, the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, has acquired the entire issued share capital of Labuan registered financial adviser network Neba Financial Solutions Limited (Neba Wealth) and Singapore-based Neba Financial Solutions Private from the 100% shareholder, John Beverley, for a total initial consideration of £1.181m.
