Stellantis Italy sales up 23.4% in April – English

(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 2 – Stellantis’ Italy sales were up 23.4%
in April, the carmaker said Tuesday.
   
It registered some 42,791 vehicles.
   
Its market share fell from 35.6% in April 2022 to 34.1% in April
2023.
   
In the first four months of the year Stellantis sold 186,918
vehicles, up 17.7% on the same period last year, with its market
share falling from 36.4% al 33.9%.
   
Overall, the Italian car market rose 29.2% to 125,805 vehicles
sold in April, the transport ministry said, while the rise in
the first four months of the year was 26.89%, to 552,850 .
