The Minister of Small Business and Entrepreneurship of St Kitts and Nevis, Samal Duggins, is all set to host the Ministry’s official launch, “Building Businesses, Fueling Innovation”. The Minister has announced the week of activities which will be held from August 15 to 25, 2023.
Minister Samal Duggins and his ministry will host the Small Business Launch Week of activities. The Minister asked everyone to elevate their business game and save the dates for the upcoming Small Business Launch Week of activities.
“Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting, this week is tailored to inspire, educate, and connect. Be a part of shaping the future for small businesses. Don’t miss out on this chance to boost your business skills,” said Samal Duggins.
The Business Launch Events Schedule is as follows:
August 15 – All-White Silent Sweat Fete (5 pm to 7 pm)
August 17 – Community Business Meeting (6 pm to 8 pm)
August 22 – Small Business Crawl (1 pm to 5 pm)
August 23 – Virtual Trade Show (10 am to 4 pm)
August 25 – Launch Ceremony and Sustainable Horizon Symposium: Business Beyond Tomorrow (10 am to 12 pm)
August 25 – Aromas and Flavour Tasting and Networking Event (5 pm to 8 pm)
The events will start with the All-White Silent Sweat Fete on Tuesday, August 15 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Independence Square. The Ministry of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, led by Samal Duggins, presented this first pre-event for the week of activities for the Ministry’s official launch, “Building Businesses, Fueling Innovation”.
The Sweat Fete will feature Elston Nisbett, along with a special appearance by Akaii U Sweet. Citizens can participate in this fete and win prizes for the following categories:
- Energy Ken
- Hype Barbie
- Best Dressed Female
- Best Dressed Male
- Push-up King
- Push-up Queen
- Sweat King
- Sweat Queen
The best crew prize will be given to the ultimate Sweat Squad. The Ministry asked everyone to come out and join the fun.
