SRG Residential, a residential brokerage and development firm, cut the ribbon on its new office in Syosset.

The company purchased the 1,600-square-foot office building on .13 acres at 303 Jackson Ave. in June for $999,000.

The property was formerly occupied by the Brian J. Levy & Associates law firm, which recently purchased another building nearby.

Since its formation in 2020, SRG’s residential brokerage and development business has been involved in more than $300 million in sales and over $150 million in the development of new homes across the region. The company was founded by Sam Horowitz, a former real estate law firm associate; David Cohen, a former commercial real estate broker; Jared Sarney, who specializes in real estate construction and development; and entrepreneur Stephen Gaon, who lives nearby in Woodbury.

SRG was self-represented, while Scott Berfas, Jordan Oliver and Dan Oliver of Newmark represented the seller, Brian Levy & Associates, in the Syosset sales transaction.
