Your Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available to join our Strategic Initiatives team within the BioProcessing Business Performance Team as BioProcessing Capital Investment Project Manager. You will work within a highly visible team within BioProcessing working with Franchise Leads, Marketing and Product Management, Value Chain and Strategy teams on key capital investments to support the long-term growth ambitions for BioProcessing. In your role, you will have an important function to represent BioProcessing as a business project manager within the overall capital processes. You will coordinate activities to ensure all process deliverables are met including but not limited to preparation of executive and management presentations, provide process guidance to the business on newly defined capital processes and ensure milestones and timelines are met to support the Capital Expenditure process in alignment overall company process Governance. You will collaborate with the broader project team and bring leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals. This position can be located in Bedford/US, Darmstadt, Germany.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transformation, or related field.
- OR a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years consulting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with preparation of executive presentations
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
- Excellent oral and written communication (English), including reporting to upper management and ability to adapt to different audiences
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, strategic problem solver with proven track record of success in the development and execution of programs & projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical/Med Device industry
- Capable of evaluating situations, analyzing complex inputs and developing solutions in a collaborative manner
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of independence
- Outstanding listening skills
- Proficient in Office 365 Suite
- Flexible and willingness to travel globally
