South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils’ popular Business Breakfast is coming to Park Farm Hotel Hethersett on Wednesday 13 December from 7:30am to 9:30am.
Businesses are being urged to book their places, as tickets for the last event sold out quickly.
South Norfolk Council’s Cabinet Member for Stronger, Greener Economy, Cllr Lisa Overton-Neal, said:
“This is a regular feature in the diary for many local businesses, as it’s a chance for them to find out about the latest funding, support and training available to them. It’s also an excellent opportunity to develop relationships with other businesses and benefit from each other’s experience and expertise.”
Broadland District Council’s Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Cllr Martin Booth, said:
“If you run a business in Broadland or South Norfolk, whatever the size or sector, then this event is for you. Don’t miss out on all the latest business news, as well as some excellent keynote speakers who will help you to add value to your operation.”
There will be two keynote speakers at the event, offering very useful insights into building strong customer relationships.
Neil Foley, founder of the Business Growth Club will be presenting ‘Why are businesses so bad at looking after their existing customers.’ Where he will explore how to build strong relationships with customers and maintain their loyalty.
The other keynote speaker, Lauren Yaxley, from LY Copywriting Ltd will be giving tips on how to ‘Nail your newsletter’, to encourage repeat business.
There will also be a Business Support update from the Councils. The Councils offers a wide range of support services, including training and mentoring as well as providing access to funding.
A cooked buffet breakfast will be offered to all guests and tea and coffee provided.
The event costs just £12.50 and businesses wanting to attend should book now to ensure their place. Booking closes 29 November.
