SDOT’s design for north waterfront bike lane is nearly complete
On sailing days, the path will toggle from west to east and back again.
The PBL — protected bike lane — planned for the north end of the Seattle waterfront is dead. Or rather, SDOT has renamed it the Alaskan Way Safety Project.
