Location: Warszawa or Wroclaw or Poznan.
Your role:
As Payroll Implementation Specialist you are responsible for the proper performance of the payroll and ensure that company, collective, tax, social insurance and legal regulations are implemented in time. You analyze complex company and collective agreements, legal changes, technical literature, as well as compliance regarding their impact on Payroll Implementation Interfaces. You take responsibility for development of complex and efficient implementation concepts (automated solutions) and their (regression) testing. Therefore create technical requirements and transfer them to IT. You comprehensively inform, train and frequently advise colleagues as well as regularly create and update work instructions and documentations. You act as an interface to the HR departments and providing them with advice and conceptual input on company agreements. You ensure processes are designed to be transparent and resource efficient, considering the needs of the business and involved HR functions. You participate in local (sub-) projects in collaboration with internal and external interfaces regarding implementation of new legal, collective and company regulations. You develop and update the payroll programs (SAP HCM) from user perspective in cooperation with IT. Finally you process non-standard tasks, e.g. handling of special programs such as VLP (Voluntary Leaver Program) or shot time work and comprehensive training and consulting of colleagues.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in German payroll (ideally in payroll implementation)
- SAP HR knowledge (HCM)
- Strong verbal and written skills in German and English
- Very good analytical skills and affinity for figures
- Customer oriented
- Very good knowledge in Office applications and confident handling of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Enjoy being part of a team while working independently
