Radisson Hotel Group will open a new Radisson Blu hotel in Paris as part of the city’s Triangle project, a pyramid-shaped mixed-use development.
Set to open in 2026, the 128-room ‘upper upscale’ hotel will occupy six floors of the 42-storey structure in the French capital’s 15th district, which will also include retail, dining and office space, a cultural centre and health centre, nursery and co-working spaces. Along with panoramic views of the city, the hotel will feature a sky bar and restaurant, fitness centre and a boardroom for meetings.
The hotel is being developed in collaboration with real estate developers Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and investment group AXA IM Alts, and will mark the Radisson group’s sixth property in Paris, and its 23rd in France.
Radisson Hotel Group EVP and global chief development officer Elie Younes said: “We are grateful to strengthen our collaboration with URW and AXA IM Alts by introducing a flagship Radisson Blu hotel in the heart of Paris. We welcome the city’s most iconic mixed-use development and architectural masterpiece to our family.”
Construction of the 180-metre-high Triangle began in 2022. Once complete, the structure will become the city’s third-highest building.
