A partner has joined Knights’ Stoke-on-Trent office to bolster its agriculture and landed estates teams.
Sean Spinetto brings experience of advising on the acquisition and sale of development sites, farms and agricultural land, as well as knowledge on contracts, options, agreements and financing of agricultural land and assets.
The appointment aims to support the firm’s focus on key markets outside London.
