Park Plaza launches new booking platform for smaller meetings

Park Plaza hotels has launched a new online booking platform, which it says will make it easier for those booking and paying for smaller meetings.

Known as MeetingPackage, the new platform combines safe payment and real-time availability when booking a meeting room for up to 100 people.

will simplify the way meetings are scheduled with just a few clicks and
provides a superb user interface that puts our clients’ ease first.”

The new booking technology has been rolled out across all Park Plaza hotels in the UK and The Netherlands, following what the brand calls “a resurgence of in-person collaborations in the workplace”.

Meeting planners can “walk through” meeting rooms using the booking system’s 360-degree virtual tour offering. 

There is also a transparent pricing system that offers flexible packages, and a guarantee of the best available rate.

Park Plaza also guarantees that every meeting booked is 100 per cent carbon neutral. The group automatically offsets the carbon footprint of every meeting and event taking place at any of its hotels across Europe, at no cost to the client, in partnership with First Climate, a carbon offsetting organisation.
