The over $17 million land sale came early last month for Panattoni Development’s North Creek Commerce Center, and its brokers now say that groundwork has begun at 18712 Bothell-Everett Highway. That’s north of Bothell, in what some might call the Kennard Corner area, and east of the interchange between Interstates 5 and 405. Locals know it for the Burgermaster on the corner of 186th Street Southeast; and Panattoni’s 22-plus acres wrap around that restaurant.
