They included Bell End Holdings and Little Pricks Acupuncture.

Others vetoed included Stripped ’N’ Well Hung, Quick Screw and a courier company hoping to register the name About Effing Time.

A business wanting to move into the air-cooling industry was stopped from registering the company as Stiff Nipples Air Conditioning.

The titles were among 351 risqué names vetoed by Companies House officials last year.

The Little Northern Tart, Middle Finger Promotions and the Bad Bitch Boutique were ruled out — as were others deemed in bad taste, homophobic, racist or drug-related.

Odd registrations such as Violent Consumer and What The Forking Hell were also among those banned.

A further raft of rude titles such as Poop Ltd and Thet*tbrothers were all stopped.

A Companies House spokesperson said: “We have a statutory responsibility to ensure the names we register do not have the potential to offend.”

“All applications are carefully considered but we will not register a name which is considered to be offensive.”

Proposed business names blocked in the past included Shameless Hussy Publishing and Rent A Minger.

Others spiked in the past were Allcock and Knobal Logistics Ltd and Skinny Bitch Bakery.
