HONG KONG— NOVEMBER 10, 2023—O’Melveny recently represented FOLANGSI CO., LTD (2499.HK) (“FOLANGSI”) in its approximately HK$155 million initial public offering and listing of H shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Leveraging its strong technology capability in utilization IoT technologies, FOLANGSI established itself as a leading intralogistics equipment solution provider in China. By providing one-stop solutions for intralogistics equipment utilization and management with a focus on subscription services, it has served a large number of leading enterprises engaging in different industry sectors in real economy, and has successfully promoted digitalization of intralogistics equipment solution industry. FOLANGSI ranked first among all intralogistics equipment solution providers in China in terms of fleet size, intralogistics equipment solution revenue and market share in 2022, with significant advantages ahead of industry peers.
