Plans have recently been submitted to convert two floors of the recently closed Lloyds Kidlington branch into three apartments.
The plans also include reducing six vehicle parking spaces down to four.

The former Lloyds Bank branch, which sits on the corner of Oxford Road and the High Street, closed its doors on September 28.
Lynn Jerrams, manager of Sue Ryder, wrote: “As the manager of the business opposite this building, I would be extremely concerned that the parking is not adequate to agree to this application unless there was a stipulation that cars were not allowed to be owned by the residents.
“Every day we have to battle to park two cars – even though we should have two dedicated spaces within the landlord’s lease – outside our business.
“The spaces have been taken by drivers from other businesses and residents of the flats in the high street.
“At the time of parking up, to be on-site and trade in normal business hours, we also have to find a space that hasn’t been taken by the school parents dropping their kids off at the local school, making the whole ordeal like Russian roulette.
“So extra cars in the area would be unsuitable for us. We believe the high street should be about businesses, not more residential apartments.
“We should be encouraging businesses to take the space instead, to keep our high streets commercial.”
The plans submitted to Cherwell District Council by property company Ede Homes are for a one-bedroom flat and a pair of two-bedroom flats on the first and second floors.
