No Made in Italy without crafts, SMEs says Meloni – English

(ANSA) – ROME, NOV 10 – There can be no Made in Italy brand
without the contribution of craftspeople and small and medium
seized enterprises (SMEs), Premier Giorgia Meloni said Friday.


   
“Without craftsmanship and small and medium-sized enterprises
there would simply be no Made in Italy, and Italy would not be
able to count on the heritage of knowledge, quality, and
innovation that allows us to be known on international markets,”
was Meloni, speaking by video link to the National Confederation
of Artisans and Small and Medium sized Businesses (CNA) national
assembly.


   
Meloni addes that the government was determined to fight real
and not alleged tax evasion. (ANSA).
