Alex Cook, of East Coast Autos, has been given permission by Great Yarmouth Borough Council to change the use of an agricultural storage building off Nova Scotia Road in West Caister.
Planning documents state he will relocate an existing business from Hopton Timber Estate on Hall Road in Hopton to the new site.

The business supplies a selection of fully prepared vehicles operating on an appointment only basis.

The new location will be for the display of fully prepared cars for sale, with all engineering and servicing carried out off site before vehicles are brought to the West Caister premises for display and sale.
The applicant said there will be approximately 25 vehicles accommodated in the building.
Caister Parish Council had objected over concerns about road safety – but Norfolk County Council Highways raised no objection on the condition the business is for car sales only and operated on an appointment-only basis.
