Aparthotel group Native Places has promoted former managing director Olivia
Immesi to the position of chief executive officer.
Immesi is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s
seven UK aparthotels in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow and its
11 serviced apartment locations in London.
She joined Native Places as managing director in 2021 with more than 20 years’
experience in the hospitality industry including roles at London’s Hoxton and Ace
hotels.
One of her key objectives is to expand the company’s footprint which has
a development pipeline already including the opening of Native King’s Wardrobe, St Paul’s,
in London this year and new locations in London and Birmingham in 2025.
“I’m looking forward to conscientiously cultivating the brand further
and cementing our position as the leading lifestyle aparthotel provider in the
UK,” said Immesi.
“Driving our ambitious expansion plans into Europe, we will continue to
reshape the hospitality sector whilst developing innovative concepts that
connect our guests with local communities whilst prioritising sustainable
operations, stylish
design, extra space and greater flexibility for our guests.”
The company is aiming to become a net zero carbon operation by 2030.
