Serviced apartment specialist Mysa is launching a new RFP (request for proposal) platform to simplify and speed up the accommodation tendering process for corporate travel buyers.
The company, which launched its Myo booking portal a year ago, has now unveiled its latest development, Axis by Myo, which will initially be used to procure serviced accommodation before being rolled out to cover hotel RFPs.
Mysa said the new Axis platform can be used via TMCs or directly between the corporate and supplier, with the service providing “two-way engagement”.
Buyers will be able to access information on each supplier’s safety, security and sustainability credentials, with the platform also supporting negotiations on rates through an “instinctive user experience, aligned to duty of care”.
Gary Hurst, founder and CEO of Mysa, said: “Axis is the culmination of many discussions with corporate buyers and TMCs related to accommodation RFP processes.
“The improvement is so significant, we are planning to extend the use of Axis for hotel RFPs, due to the demand. It allows us to take the directive of the buyer and deliver properties for assessment in a fraction of the time current RFPs take.”
