A demolition permit is in process for the old commercial building at 6010 Phinney Ave. N., now home to Chef Liao Asian Fusion Cuisine and the antiques shop The Daily Planet. (Some locals may also recall the old Rooster’s restaurant.) One more round of design review seems likely for the apartments planned to replace it.
