Moody’s changes outlook on U.S. banking system to ‘negative’

March 14 (Reuters) – Ratings agency Moody’s Investors Service on Tuesday changed its outlook on the U.S. banking system to “negative” from “stable” after the collapse of three major banks fueled fears of a contagion.
