Mirae chairman named Executive of the Year at top business conference

Mirae Asset Financial Group Chairman Park Hyeon-joo will receive the International Executive of the Year Award from the Academy of International Business (AIB), a Michigan-headquartered association of international business scholars and specialists.
 
Park will be honored for his leadership in advancing Mirae’s investment banking sector at the AIB international conference in Seoul next July, the company said Tuesday.
 
Mirae’s assets under management for global businesses reached $100 billion this year.
