Microlise Group, the Nottingham provider of technology for the transport sector, has appointed Shenny Remtulla as strategy and M&A director.

Previously, Remtulla worked as the head of strategy at SABMiller, and has a background a strategy consultant with Bain & Company across North America, Europe, and Africa. He has worked across diverse sectors, including FMCG/CPG, consumer products, financial services, telecoms, transportation, natural resources and private equity.

Remtulla will spearhead the development of Microlise Group’s growth strategy. The role will encompass the research and identification of new products and markets, international growth analysis and prioritisation and the management of the M&A pipeline, overseeing projects from inception to integration. He will report directly to Nadeem Raza, the group CEO, and collaborate closely with the board, SLT, and key stakeholders.
