Through the Trust Index employee survey, Great Place To Work provides valuable insights into employees’ perceptions, collaborative work practices, and leadership within an organisation.
Based on these insights, Great Place To Work offers recommendations for improvement to establish a robust and trustworthy workplace culture.
The organisation works with companies, non-profit organisations, and government agencies in 60 countries on all continents. Every year, 10,000 organisations worldwide participate in this survey, representing approximately 12 million employees.
Best Workplaces in the Netherlands
Great Place To Work has recently announced the 21st edition of its annual list of the 40 Best Workplaces in the Netherlands across four categories – Multinational, Large, Medium, and Small.
Great Place To Work Netherlands evaluates organisations based on the level of trust, pride, and enjoyment experienced by their employees while working.
The evaluation is based on a comprehensive questionnaire consisting of sixty statements.
Out of the 187 participating organisations, the top forty highest-scoring organisations have been recognised with the title of Best Workplace.
