Up in Shoreline, through an LLC, Madison Development Group acquired the Shops at Richmond Beach at the very end of 2020. The property now has various retail and commercial tenants on about 5.3 acres at 18840 Eighth Ave. N.W. QFC is the anchor tenant, and doesn’t appear threatened.
