Gold prices
The price of 24-carat gold declined by EGP 62.75 to EGP 2,485.75 per gram.
The 21-carat gold price decreased by EGP 55 to reach EGP 2,175 per gram.
The per-gram price of 18-carat gold lost EGP 47.25 to stand at EGP 1,864.25 per gram.
The gold pound also lost EGP 440 of its value, reaching EGP 17,400.

Stock market
EGX30 inched slightly lower by 0.21 percent to end at 17988.95 points.
EGX70 declined by 0.19 percent to 3555 points.
EGX100 slipped 0.12 percent to close at 5274.09 points.
The market cap gained around EGP 6 million to end at around EGP 1.181 trillion.
Top gainer was Misr Fertilizers Production Company – Mopco, which surged by 13.84 percent to a value of EGP 258.99.
Top loser was Al Arafa For Investment And Consultancies after shrinking by 7.89 percent, closing at EGP 0.07.
Currencies
The official market’s buying price for the dollar is EGP 30.84, and the selling price is around EGP 30.94, with no considerable fluctuations.
The euro declined slightly on Monday to nearly EGP 33.68 for buying and around EGP 33.80 for selling.
The Saudi riyal’s buying price stands at EGP 8.22, and the selling price at EGP 8.25.
