Italian luxury retailer LuisaViaRoma has announced the appointment of Tommaso Maria Andorlini as its new chief executive officer.
The organisation underlined in a statement that Andorlini’s appointment was in line with its “long-term vision and growth strategy”.
With effect from 27th July, Milan-based Style Capital hired Andorlini to replace Alessandra Rossi, who had served in that capacity for nearly two years. Andorlini assumed the position.
Andorlini brings to the position more than 20 years of expertise in the sector, having previously developed businesses that focus on e-commerce and combine digital and physical retail.
Commenting on his appointment, founder and president of LuisaViaRoma, Andrea Panconesi, said, “We are delighted to welcome Tommaso into the LuisaViaRoma family.”
Andorlini also expressed his excitement to join LuisaViaRoma, adding that the company has a strong legacy of innovation and excellence and he was looking forward “to working with the team to explore new frontiers”.
