It has rallied again the past half-hour or so, briefly topping the $1.23 mark. Gilts yields are down slightly.

The FTSE 100 is still slipping, falling around 0.3% and underperforming other European stock indexes today. The FTSE 250 is up 0.5%, with no clear pattern to the gains.
