Linklaters has advised Vyaire Medical, a portfolio company held by funds advised by Apax Partners, on the sale of Vyaire Consumables Business to SunMed, a North American manufacturer and distributor of consumable medical devices for anaesthesia and respiratory care. The transaction closed on 1 May 2023.

The Vyaire consumables portfolio encompasses leading airway management and operative care technology. With their established products, the business offers a differentiated portfolio of products for patients.

Linklaters accompanied and coordinated the transaction in 12 jurisdictions worldwide.
