The Ladies European Tour has produced an hour-long documentary that goes ‘inside the ropes’ on Europe’s retention of the Solheim Cup at Finca Cortesin in September.
Aired on TikTok on Demceber 10, ‘Team Europe – Inside the Ropes’ is also available to watch on YouTube.
The documentary features rookie Gemma Dryburgh arriving at the venue and seeing her room for the first time, fun activities being played in the team room on Monday night, as well as behind the scenes of the official photocall and the opening ceremony.
As the competition gets underway, the documentary follows the on-course action and crowd reaction as Europe battle back from being 4-0 down after the first session to both teams being 8-8 as they enter the final day.
The drama unfolds with the tight Sunday singles matches and shows the celebrations after Carlota Ciganda holed the putt to retain the cup for Europe and become the first European team to win three in a row.
