REI is taking space once filled by Bed, Bath & Beyond.
Plagued by shoplifting and the squalid streets of the Pearl District, in downtown Portland, REI Co-op announced this spring that it would shutter that store after a 20-year run. But it’s not leaving the greater Portland area.
