London Business School (LBS) has launched a new specialisation with digital education provider Coursera.

Future Ready Company builds on the success of the School’s existing Coursera Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and responds to market demand for accessible courses addressing tomorrow’s business challenges today.

The specialisation comprises four courses developed by leading LBS faculty covering business fundamentals. The courses are ‘Agile Organisation: Strategies for Business Resilience’, ‘New Ways of Working in an AI World’, ‘Business for Good: Fundamentals of Corporate Responsibility’, and ‘Introduction to Digital Transformation: Change and Disruption’.

Teaching is online and asynchronous, allowing participants to learn anywhere in the world and at their own pace.

Julian Birkinshaw, Vice-Dean and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at LBS, said Future Ready Company would complement the School’s existing Degree Programme and Executive Education offering.

“Individuals are set-up for success when they are able to choose the learning approach that is right for them. Our work with Coursera allows us to widen access to LBS’s world-class teaching and provides participants with an important grounding in key business topics,” he said.

“Participants may choose to implement those lessons immediately or go on to pursue further learning opportunities with the School via our Executive Education or Degree Education programmes.”
